Gourmet Pizzas
Our dough is made in-house every day with a sourdough starter. We use flour that is unbleached and unbromated. The cheese is of a premium = Buffalo Milk mozzarella. For the sauce, we use whole tomatoes that are hand-milled and seasoned with a family recipe that has been with us for over 40 years. Every pizza is hand-tossed and baked in a brick oven to achieve an authentic NY–style pizza.
